Privacy Policy

AutofillAll is local-first. Your profile data is stored only on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API and is never uploaded, sold, or shared with third parties.

1. What we collect

AutofillAll stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Personal profile fields you choose to fill in — such as name, address, email, phone, and work information
  • Preferences and settings you configure within the extension

If you choose to sign in with Google to unlock AI-powered autofill, we also temporarily process:

  • Your Google account email address and display name
  • A short-lived session token (valid for 12 hours) stored locally in the extension

2. How your data is used

  • Profile data is used solely to fill form fields on web pages when you trigger autofill
  • Google account information is used only to authenticate your session for the optional AI field-mapping feature
  • No profile data is ever transmitted to AutofillAll's servers or any third party

3. AI feature (optional)

If you sign in and use the AI-powered autofill, the extension sends a subset of your profile (field names and values) along with the current page's form structure to our backend API, which forwards it to Google's Gemini API for intelligent field matching. This data is used only to compute the field mapping response and is not stored by AutofillAll's backend.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. The only external service that receives any data is Google's Gemini API, and only when you explicitly trigger AI autofill while signed in.

5. Data retention and deletion

All profile data is stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your device. You can delete it at any time by clicking Clear All Data in the extension's side panel, or by uninstalling the extension.

6. Analytics

AutofillAll uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (such as autofill triggered or sign-in completed). No personally identifiable information is included in these events.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
